Yong Tau Foo Bee Hoon Soup



These bee hoon soup is one of my husband's favorites and was taught by him. Actually we want to made it simple so we just cook with yong tau foo and cai xin. My mother-in-law used to cook these at home and her version is with fishball, prawn, pork meat, vegetable and dried shrimps. And my husband always said his mum cooked much better than mine.
